Types of Advisory Services Sabre Asset Management provides

Sabre Asset Management provides investment management services to individuals, trusts, organizations and retirement plans. Our strategy predominately uses individual equities, no-load mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETF’s) and closed end mutual funds but may include investments in corporate debt, municipal securities, United States government obligations and option contracts on securities. Sabre Asset Management supervises and directs the investments, always taking into account the client’s tolerance for risk.

We are fee only:

No commissions or products
No finder fees

Our fee arrangement is transparent and easy to understand. We charge an agreed upon percentage of the value of our client’s portfolio on a quarterly basis.  Our revenue grows only when our clients’ wealth grows. This fee structure serves as a built-in incentive to protect and enhance our clients’ financial assets.

Sabre Asset does not earn revenue from “pushing products”, “churning accounts”, or from any awards, commissions, bonuses or finder’s fee in connection with the sale of financial instruments.  We only receive revenue based upon the value of our clients’ portfolios.

Our clients appreciate both the simplicity and straightforwardness of our fee arrangement.

Tailored Relationships

We tailor portfolios to meet each clients specific investment parameters, time horizon, risk tolerance, and return objectives.

Clients are welcome to impose reasonable restrictions or mandates on the management of their account (e.g., require that a portion of their assets be invested in socially responsible funds), with the understanding that some conditions may materially impact the performance of a portfolio strategy.

Investment management services are provided based on written agreement. Advisory fees are generally payable quarterly in advance based upon the net value of the account on the last business day of the previous quarter. For accounts opened during the quarter, the net value of assets contributed to the account serves as the basis for the fees for that quarter which is calculated on a prorated basis. As part of the written agreement, client authorize the custodian to deduct Sabre Asset’s fee directly from the account upon presentation of an appropriate invoice showing the calculation of the fee. Fees are based solely upon a percentage of assets under management.
